Par-Con is the Parkinson’s UK community convention – a free, 2-day event for the Parkinson’s community. It is an event aimed to bring people together to connect and learn.
When: Friday 24 October (9.30am to 6pm) and Saturday 25 October (9.30am to 3pm)
Where: Online and at The Vox Conference Venue, Resorts World, Marston Green, Birmingham B40 1PU
The event will hear the latest from a number of brilliant speakers covering a range of topics that matter to you, including:
- The latest research updates, including stem cells and new therapies
- Diet, gut health and nutrition
- Dealing with mental health challenges
- Living well with Parkinson’s and managing everyday symptoms
- An in-person session organised by our Black, Asian, Arab and mixed heritage support group
Plus taster sessions, a live 2 Parkies in a Pod podcast, conversation with the Movers and Shakers, and much more.

Par-Con is open to everyone, whether you’ve lived with Parkinson’s for many years, are newly diagnosed, were diagnosed at a young age, or are navigating a Parkinson’s-like condition. There is information designed for supporters, partners and loved ones. You’ll have the opportunity to hear directly from experts, explore the latest research and have conversations with people who really understand.
