As part of our objective to reach out to under-represented areas of Edinburgh, we are starting up a new Edinburgh Parkinson’s Café in Niddrie.
The first meeting is on Monday 24th June 2024 at 1pm, at the Hays Community Hub, 3 Hay Avenue, EH16 4RW, just off Niddrie Mains Road.
Louise Day, a speech therapist and voice coach will be attending to give advice on speech symptoms for people with Parkinson’s (PwPs).
We are hopeful that new Parkinson’s Local Adviser Natalie Blair will also be joining us.
This meeting is open to anyone who has Parkinson’s, living in Edinburgh and the Lothians. Feel free to bring someone along with you – all are welcome.
