Table Tennis: Coaching Session

Since its introduction to the range of activities supported by Edinburgh Branch, Table Tennis has become a really popular activity. Scott who organises the sessions along with Gina tell us that they have a great turnout every Saturday.

Scott and Gina would like to say thanks for all those who support this activity, and make it so enjoyable.  This is mixed ability, with complete beginners to those who are really good and have been successful in competitions, less than a year after joining this activity.   Scott thinks that there may be opportunity to further ‘grow and prosper 🤟’.

Their table tennis coach Roy is providing another coaching session on Wednesday 8th of May from 11:00am-1pm.  The venue is North Merchiston Club, Watson Crescent (where  they play every Saturday afternoon).

The cost is £5 per person  and as always they welcome anyone from the Parkinson’s community to come and play.

Note: Several of those who go to the sessions are taking part in a  Table Tennis competition for PwPs in Perth. This takes place on 12th of May at 12:00 until 4:00.  We wish the competitors every success.
