As part of World Parkinson’s Day on Sunday 11th April you are invited to Afternoon Tea from 3pm – 4pm.
The event is organised by Heather Kirk from the Inverness Support Group and she has kindly opened it up to the Edinburgh Branch. Heather says:
“Round up your family and friends, pour yourself a glass of Prosecco and make a JELLY and we can all
WOBBLE together and have some fun & games for World Parkinson‘s Day!
So, if you can make a jelly for wobbly World Parkinson’s Day on the 11th April at 3.00pm we will be superwobbly grateful.
All you need to do is take a picture of your jelly and email it to Heather (firstname.lastname@example.org) .
The person who makes the most wobbletastic jelly will get their efforts splashed across the Parkinson’s UK Scotland Facebook page (AND you get to eat your own jelly!)
What’s even better is, you only have to donate to the Just Giving Page for the honour of making and
eating your own jelly! If you need me to help with the eating part, just let me know, I’m sure it can be
*** Top Tip : Parkinson’s UK corporate colours are blue. Jellies falling into this category, one way or
another, will be looked upon very favourably!”
