The helpline will be open during the Christmas period, with some changes to the hours:

- Christmas Day – Closed
- Boxing Day – Closed
- Saturday 27 December 2025 – 10am to 1pm
- Sunday 28 December 2025 – Closed
- Monday 29 December 2025 – 10am to 1pm
