Following the formal business of the Branch AGM on 11 March, we heard a talk from Norman Yarrow. April 21st sees Norman begin his epic walk from Portpatrick in the South West of Scotland to Cockburnspath (Just south of Dunbar )along the Southern Upland Way, a distance of 215 miles. Amazingly Norman has allowed himself only until the 4th of May to complete the walk. All this effort is to raise funds for Parkinson’s research and awareness about this crippling neurological condition. You can download an itinerary of Norman’s walk by clicking on this link.
