Chris Holmes (Community Development Programme Manager) would like to hear people’s reflections about how you felt when you heard about the diagnosis, what you needed immediately after hearing the
diagnosis, whether you accessed what you needed, and if you knew what you wanted and needed
immediately after your diagnosis.
