Neurodynamic exercise programme run by Neurophysiotherapist Sasha Baggaley address both physical and cognitive activity at higher levels of intensity. This is suitable for people in the earlier stages of Parkinson’s (mild to moderate symptoms). The exercises can be adapted to suit individuals, based on their Parkinson’s symptoms and any other pathologies.
Sasha is now planning a new 10-week programme, hoping to commence in March, taking place on Wednesdays from 1-2pm at Fisherrow Community Centre in Musselburgh.
This involves pre- and post-assessments.
