We have received an invitation to share from Frances McLennan, who runs an Older People’s group at the Ripple Project.
They have a guest speaker going on Friday 12th June to talk about how he adapted his life and how he copes living since his Parkinson diagnosis.
Frances said that if any of our group would benefit from listening to our speaker they are very welcome to join them.
They have a café so you could have a cup of tea before going into the session. The café is is open between 10am – 1.30pm.
The talk starts at 1pm-2pm with a cup of tea afterwards. It will be a fairly relaxed session with the opportunity for questions and answers afterwards.
The Ripple Project is at 198 Restalrig Road South, EH7 6DZ.
