Information Session on Light Therapy for Parkinson’s

SYMBYX Biome, is a company pioneering non-invasive light therapies for the reduction of Parkinson’s symptoms.  Their devices are backed by extensive clinical trials and are medically approved within the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia.   They have a large network of clinicians providing ongoing clinical support across the globe.

They are organising a free information session on light therapy for Parkinson’s in Edinburgh. 

During this presentation, which will be lead by Dr Wayne Markman (SYMBYX CEO) and Sasha Baggaley (our Neurodynamic and Pilates service provider and Edinburgh based clinician for SYMBYX).

The presentation will discuss:

  • The clinical research behind light therapy for Parkinson’s
  • How light therapy can be used as a complementary modality in an integrated approach to PD
  • And how light therapy can assist with symptom relief and management

The presentation will be suitable for People with Parkinson’s, their family, and carers, as well as researchers, clinicians and anyone in the PD community. It will be an opportunity for you to learn about light therapy and to ask questions.
