Edinburgh Parkinson’s Frame Running Trial Finishes

The 16-week Frame Running trial for Members of the Edinburgh Parkinson’s Branch organised by Dr Martine Verheul and her PhD student Ruyi Xu from the University of Edinburgh Institute for Sport, Physical Education and Health Sciences has just finished. The trial was 50% funded by the Edinburgh Parkinson’s Branch and concluded with a mini-Olympics at the Meadowmill Sports Centre near Tranent. Thanks to Ruyi, Martine and volunteer coach Cameron Smith from Team East Lothian Athletics Club.

We look forward to hearing about the results of the trial at an upcoming Saturday morning talk from Ruyi and Martine to the Edinburgh Parkinson’s Research Interest Group (ERIG).
