Climbing Everest in 48 hours: on the North Face of Ben Nevis, Being Attempted by Ashton Easter

Ashton is the son of David Easter, with David’s wife Jane being Ashton’s stepmum. David and Jane were active members of the Branch for many years and regularly attended Singing4Fun. David provided major inspiration when he participated in the workshops to create the Branch’s World Parkinson Congress 2019 winning song, Side-by-Side. Jane’s Parkinson’s has deteriorated significantly in recent years so we don’t see much of them these days but we wanted to draw your attention to Ashton’s unique challenge described at https://justgiving.com/fundraising/ashton-easter.
