Branch Meeting March 2018

Following the Annual General Meeting, held on 14th March 2018 at the Goldenacre Bowling Club, Dr Bethany Whiteside of the Royal Conservatoire, Scotland, presented a review of the Dance for Parkinson’s Scotland programme.

Bethany’s findings included a wealth of positive outcomes for those attending Dance for Parkinson’s Scotland sessions. These included improved well-being, improved mood, increased self-confidence and sense of accomplishment, strong sense of community, improved flexibility and much more on a cultural, social, and physical levels.
